The one where you can specify your role is mostly for ranked play.

Yeah, Shaco is a bit specialty champion, you die fast but you can deal a lot of damage.

Many changes, yeah. I especially enjoy the HD textures and so on.

What champs do you use as of now, and how do I get into ranked play? You have to understand I haven't played this in such a long time I've forgotten everything. But should be a lot better now lmao

Mm, imo the best way to get better is choose 1-3 champions you really enjoy playing, and just play those.

You will end up being super good with those, and learn other stuff easier.

Atm I use Elise. Though I can play all of the champions in the game, depending on what is good against the enemy team/in the team comp you're running.

Cool thanks, is it best to go in 3v3s or 5v5s when starting out?

5v5 is the main mode.

Cool, I'll let ya know how I get on tonight.
Probably stick to Cho for now I think!
I'll read up on some strategies and what to buy build wise and what not, and see what suits me best.

Might look to stream if I can get grasps of it by next week or so.

Do you use any info tools to assist you, like League Summoner Information? It helps me keep track of my performance as a mid-low elo player, but is it something that's really needed or helpful in the higher up ranks?

The stats at the end of the game are enough, really. I am happy if I placed 35+ wards, had 10k gold, and took as much damage as possible without dying.

There's a mind-boggling array of Champions to choose from in League of Legends and picking one to start out with is not an easy process by itself.

It can be very daunting to get started, and that problem is only compounded by the fact that the characters are further separated into very specific playstyles and roles.

If you're completely at a loss on where to start, then have no fear try to copy a buildfrom a Pro player.
