Hello, people!
I love watching "Horror" movies, TV series, and playing games.
What are your favorite movies, games, and TV shows in this genre and why?
And if you don't like the "Horror" genre, why?

Hmmm Hostal is a good saga.... Maybe check Hereditary and Babadock? I heard they are nice. I watched Hereditary and it's pretty much a masterpiece

yes, the answer for your last question is "no" I don't like horror movies cause I don't get any benefit at all, just some blood and sometimes it's just something disgusting no more not even horrifying sometimes stupid scenarios also will disturb kids and makes them so afraid when they go to bed and expect something horrible may happen

for me as a 35 years old adult man not watching these movies, I watched by luck part of the movie final destination, I didn't mean to watch it I was just visiting my brother, then one day I went to do MRI on my back which is already horrifying to a lot of people to enter the MRI machine and too many people refuse to enter that place and need to be hypnotic first, who used it before knows what I'm talking about, who knows it's shape have a little Idea what I'm talking about, who doesn't know even how does it look, search google for MRI, it's too narrow from the inside and you feel exactly like you are in your grave, you can't believe how scary is it I'm not that person who can get scared easily but I was really scared, you can't move your body one centimeter to escape while you are scared, you are not hypnotic or cuffed but it's narrow so you can't move your body to do anything

the ceiling of this thing is too near to your face like two cm far from your nose they cover your ears to reduce the noise, soo loud sounds like hammers hitting the ceiling near your face and then buzzing continuously and changing hammers then buzzes and so on

while this scary visit, I was also remembering some scenes from final destination movie which made it worse!

this is for me as an adult aged 35 years old, you can imagine what about a kid or a teenager !

love love love pre The Conjuring horror - the grain, the colour palettes, the meaningless and the nonsensicals, whatever it is i'd consume if i had all the time in the world which i don't, but horror is pleasantly warm n welcoming. fuck whatever new horror has to offer rn lol sry

It was Omen series when I was a kid. Together with Chucky. Now I'd say IT was quite moving.

I like horror movies. I love the cheezy ones from the 70s & 80s, but don't care to much about the American ones from the last 20 years. I love South Korean & Japanese horror films the best. The symbolism and nuance they use to drive the story is amazing.
