If I upload my server on US host, will it be showed in server list for US players only?

No, it will not. It doesn't matter the location of your host, any player can view any server. UK people can view US servers and US people can View UK servers, location does not matter.

if you make simply the server everyone could see who could reach it that server, as like as mentioned @AligatoR , BUT you can try develop the state filter if you want only US people.

No but it will likely attract only US players since no player wants to join a server with crazy high ping unless a friend told them to.

They can see your server worldwide, now the ping is gonna be the problem for other non us players

Ping will be lowest and is not seen for the other countries

I believe it shows up for everyone, no matter. however it wont be top for uk players as there will be many other servers with better ping than urs
