Account 1 opens a dispute saying some random shit and waits out the 10 days because Account 2 didn't respond.

I used to do this about a year ago also and it definitely worked, but haven't done it since.

I'm pretty sure it's this too.
I wonder if there's anything that can happen doing this.

Probablynot. Such a small blip on their radar. Especially if you space it out.

I don't thing you can duplicate your money. Its system broking.

Do you know if theyreport negative balances to debt collectors?

At some point they would probably catch you. Then make you pay back the money you owe or just get put in the slammer.
