I used to have 2 monitor but one died and after almost a year using 2 monitors i felt pretty limited with just only one.

If I'm using my desktop I have a 27" Samsung and a smaller TV I use. Mainly use my laptop now though, so I only have one.

At the moment my current setup uses two monitors. Might invest in another when I feel I need it.
