How TRUST FACTOR working?

I think trust factor working as following - likes in game, ur steamprofile (level, games and etc), reports, accounts on one HWID (or like HWID). Whats u think?

You will get lower trustfactor when you:
Teamkill
deal Teamdamage
Report not cheating play (a lot)

You will get higher trustfactor if:
Your steam acc is old
You play a lot of CS
You join few groups
You have no Vac banns
