There is no need to stop. Masturbation has been proven to be very healthy and beneficial to anyone.

Nofap is cancer and masturbation is healthy in moderation

Simple get a gf so you dont need to doing by your own anymore...

i mean why stop fapping? Just fap until you cant fap no more, and then fap some more lol

Simple as possible just get a gf and you will be fine for a long time...
