Firstly, you neet to have very good developer and staf team and you should developer too. Secondly, You should edit your server to you, don't use all addont directly. You should listen your users advices. Finally, you and your staff team need to dycypline

Garry's team is working on building S&Box in Unreal Engine 4. It could be the next garrysmod. Has some features I am impressive with like the ability to map in the game.

To make it realistic you would have to take out all the fun stuff basically just making another HL2.

Nah i agree with everyone else here, the reason the game is so fun to me is how unrealistic it is.
