How can I copy text from a locked pdf

Download Photoshop, import the file and you will be able to select the text you want. Alternatively, if you're on mac, you can just use the Preview app...

i hope google can help you with this and its not that of a big deal once you know how you can actually do it ..

You can unlock pdf :D just google "Unlock PDF" and use that website :D Ta da!

I know this one there are the tutorial on google, just search it.
