You can get the app (cashapp) and buy bitcoin. You can also use coinbase. Then transfer your coins to an exchange. I use bittrex. Then from there you can trade or even join some pump and dumps

Signing up on coinbase.com is probably your best bet, or you can go to localbitcoins.com and exchange someone your currency for theirs, but that might be a little difficult for you. So I would say coinbase is the way to go..
