Open your "autoexec.cfg" in your folder of garry's mod and entered this "gmod_mcore_test 1"

Reinstall the game, clean the addons, clean the computer

mat_filtertextures 0 (pixelized textures)
mat_filterlightmaps 0 (pixelized light sources)
gmod_mcore_test 1 (multicore render)

Maybe you should buy a better computer or just lower your graphics!

You should lower the graphics quality thus having a better performance.
