Find new ways to make videos. Such as, don't just do something that everyone else does, find a new and unused method for videos. (Though I don't make videos, I'm sure it wouldn't be that hard to find an uncommon method)

Just make good content man, you can pay for views all you want but you'll just build up a viewbase of bots. Get some good content, try posting it on some social media and if your content is good enough and you try long enough you will probably succeed.
