"its because you have less than 15 posts" just comment some post (dont spam or flood) and it will clear my dude!
Oh i just saw that bug atop of that. Maybe clearing your browser from cache/navegation history/more stuff and re-logging in might fix it!

OOh, i see now, mb. Seems like refreshing the page would help if OP could confirm, if not probably just a glitch that will go away, alternative op could contact an admin.

It happens only when using Internet Explorer. Chrome and Firefox are okay!

Haha everyone is assuming about the red warning. I looked and saw that first as well! Try a different browser as others have suggested.
