How do I get into High Elo?

#1 I feel like I am a pretty decent player and most games I play I am the one doing the best on my Team, sometimes I do hit win streaks but they are met to an end by a losing streak. I am trying pretty much every lane but to no luck.

Instead of worrying with being an elo-farmer, try to be the best laner/jungler of your street at least, it's already a good improvement and it will reflect in your elo naturally.
