How do I get off bronze

#1 Me and My friend have been grinding like 56 hours grinding and we still can't get off bronze I hope someone could tell use why we can't

I'd say pick a carrying role in those low divisions bronze-gold. Best to worse role to carry a match: Jungle->adc/top-mid-support. Also pick the current op champions.
