How do I start a booter?

Should I buy a VPS which sends the attacks? Or should I use shells or api's?

I used to use Putty and OctoSniff when booting people.
However it really depends on what you're booting them from and how long for...

I want to make a booter service.
But to get the power to send the attacks should I consider buying a VPS, or get shells or a API?

I'd recommend buying a VPS.

How would I be able to see with which power the VPS is able to hit? Some VPS have a bandwith of 1TB. Does that mean it can his 1000GBPs?

Doesn't seem like you know much about using a VPS nor Booting.
Lord only know's why you're making a Booter Service without even knowing how it works...

Honestly dude, if you want the best advice.
Watch a few YouTube video's on how to use a VPS or whatever, and put some-time in listening.

After a good few videos you'll have a much better Understanding of how it all works, and then can come to a conclusion.
