How do i make Logitech reply faster?

Title says it all, if you could reply with some answers it'd be appreciated! Thanks.

From my own expierience you just can't. I was waiting about a week for reply from them :|

Call them. Simply, call them. Emailing is too long

You could try to dm them on twitter and giving them your name, country and ticket id. They will forward it and someone else will respond on your ticket within 48 hours.

Just call them! That is the key!!!! You can get a logitech product in 30 minutes because if you are on call they check your mail replies immediately

I am also waiting for a reply for them for several days already
