How do i optimize & improve the way i save money.

I feel like im constantly telling my self that im not going to go crazy wit my next pay at all, but then i keep failing to stand by my words. ive tried downloading apps that help but even those dont seem to help. i make 700 a week but spend about 400 on rent, etc. Im reading every comment

You could invest into Crypto Stable Coins and then lock them up and get paid for doing it. The more you invest the higher you receive as "reward". I also suggest using cashback creditcards to receive some money back when used and maybe put that cashback money back and "save it"

thats what i currently do since i only invested low right now it dosent proceed fast but investing money is a long term process unless you gamble with bitcoin

I have made but also lost a lot of money with crypto. Also, if you want to invest, you have to have some money already, so I don't think crypto is the best choice. I still hold the opinion that it is better to get rid of unimportant things (cinema, eating out, Netflix and other subscriptions, etc.) and put money aside. I learned to cook during covid and only then realized how much I saved by eating at home and not eating out :D

I think the best way is to do whatever you like, if you like desiging or video editing, make yourself a fiverr or upwork account and do what ever you want. If you like to write, go with copywriting. If you don't have a hobbie, try trading but I personally think that's too hard.
