How do you change the tickrate on a dedicated server?

I want to set my tickrate to 22 on my darkrp server, I'm hosting this on my laptop 24/7 and need to know-how. If you know then plesae let me know. Thanks!

in your start.bat or whatever you called it add this: -tickrate 22

You can also do sv_maxupdaterate and sv_minupdaterate inside server.cfg located in garrysmod/cfg

I believe this also controls the tickrate, but I think you also need what Knuthulhu posted above

in your start.bat or whatever you called it add this: -tickrate 160 :D

Just add -tickrate (tick) to the startup line of your server
