How do you deal with stress?

Not using drugs is a way I deal with stress, I usually play video games or watch something to take my mind off of whatever is causing me stress. Or I just face the problem causing the stress straight on.

Not gonna lie. I just sit there and punch my pillow sometimes

I usually just take a small nap and remove all the thoughts in my head away and feel the calmness of silence

Watching TV, playing games, fapping, going out with friends.

Thinking it out, what are the possible outcomes of the problems ahead and what I can do in my power to turn the tide for myself.

As much as I agree with everyone just saying "smoke up buddy" lmao, sometimes it fucks you up especially when you're going into your buzz thinking about how shit everything is, weed amplifies all emotions and feelings so try to relax before you smoke up. Make some food, put on a good show or play a slow paced game that you love. It's like female orgasms, you gotta get the atmosphere and shit right before you can fuck with your head.
