Negative because they only spoil the games and prevent other honest players from playing in game..

They are not a big problem, but valve does not know, how to deel with them, thats the problem

I dont think cheaters are a problem in csgo because i used to cheat aswell they are usually people that played the game long enough and they want to try something diffrent.

I mean depends. for example in unranked it wont affect you but if theyre cheating in competitive and ruining the challenge to other players that would make me mad
