How do you fix gaming addiction?

I have a smaller brother thats addicted to gaming. Any suggestions on how to help him?

Try to translate the dopamine of playing video games to things in real life. It helps me at least

Usually, flashing cash is a way of motivation. I completely stopped gaming since, I wanted to make good money.

That`s what i am trying to do, some people get that switch easily, and some struggling, i cant switch to making money, though i am addicted to learning new technologies and hardening my systems.

Well, I switched from finding employment. When you have money, it's a value. It allows you to go on holidays, spend gifts & etc. If you want to do something, you need money.

Yes I totally agree with you. Well here are my goals for my life
1) Setup my online business and finish projects i have been working on.
2) Get back to my freelancing work and do websites
3) I am also a bug hunter, and i got plenty of stuff to test which i never had a chance to do
4) Open my online shops i am currently working on
5) Build my gaming PC finally
6) build a Storage Rack for the data analysis
7) buy big garage
8) Buy salvage cars, fix them and try to sell
9) Improve my electronic skills and finish my hardware soldering and antennas i am currently working on
10) the rest of the time i just want to explore all the games i am currently interested in.
11) Hack my ps4 6.20 and gain root to install games there for playing, that is my main thing i want to achieve in my life as a hobbi.
I have compiled a large amount of games list which i want to eventually play and even make videos. I am kinda frustrated because some things not working.

An addiction is never good thing but i don't think that's your choice to make.

Have you asked him if he wants to stop playing video games?
