How do you get the "I am the real Garry" achievement?

Basically, I heard somewhere that Garry does not play the game anymore. This means you can't get the achievement anymore. Maybe there is a way to spawn in a bot with the same SteamID as Garry? Is that possible?
Are there any "legal" scripts to getting achievements in gmod?

My friend got this achiev like 1 year ago, soo i think it still possible to win, you just need soo much danm luck.

By what has been said, there is no easy way of getting this achievement?
There is no bot mod with steam id settings or what not?
