How do you host nulled software

#1 Using nulled software can easily be checked by xenforo staff and reported by other people using their checking tool. What are the consequences on hosting on a dedicated server such as one provided by OVH or hetzner?

Though, nowadays, how can one TRULY know if a forum is nulled or not? Gamble?
