Everything is quite gradual in technology. I think it's better to view it over a 10 year time frame, look at technology from 10 years ago and how it has evolved since then

that shit is gonna absolutely take over

It'll make people want to use less technology, then just like a pendulum losing momentum, we will find balance, unless private entities want to stir the pot

Technology is already such a huge part of our daily lives, and I think the next decade will only deepen that integration. I imagine we'll see more AI and automation handling routine tasks, making our lives more efficient. Things like smart homes and wearable tech will probably become even more advanced,

I think that it's going to be pretty wild with the ai stuff. Probably can't even imagine at this point

AI Integration: AI will become more embedded in everyday tasks, from personal assistants that anticipate our needs to AI-driven healthcare diagnostics. It could improve decision-making, automate tedious work, and provide personalized experiences in shopping, entertainment, and more.

Automation & Jobs: Automation will reshape industries, with many repetitive tasks replaced by machines. While this could lead to job displacement in some sectors, it will also create new roles in AI development, robotics, and tech-driven fields, requiring reskilling and education.

Smart Homes & IoT: Internet of Things (IoT) devices will enhance connectivity in homes, allowing seamless control of lighting, security, appliances, and even our health via wearables. Homes will become more energy-efficient and customized to individual preferences.

Healthcare: Advancements in biotechnology, AI diagnostics, telemedicine, and personalized medicine will revolutionize healthcare. Early detection of diseases, remote surgeries, and precision treatments will become more accessible.

Sustainability: Technology will focus on reducing carbon footprints with advancements in renewable energy, smart grids, and electric vehicles. Innovations like lab-grown meat or vertical farming could transform agriculture, aiming for more eco-friendly and efficient food production.

Virtual & Augmented Reality: VR and AR will likely play a larger role in education, entertainment, remote work, and training. People might attend virtual classes, work in virtual offices, or attend concerts and events in immersive digital environments.

Transportation: Electric vehicles will become mainstream, and autonomous vehicles could reshape commuting and urban infrastructure. Hyperloops and advanced public transportation systems may change how we think about travel.

Blockchain & Decentralization: Blockchain technology could transform industries like finance, supply chain management, and digital identity. Cryptocurrencies may gain wider acceptance, and decentralized applications (dApps) might challenge traditional platforms.

Honestly. I believe that technology, in some regards, is breeding one of the laziest generations that'll ever be. We as a people already have machines that want what we decide. With the advancement of A.I., it's only a matter of time before humans won't be for anything more than creating new things and performing maintenance on the things that are to come.
