How do you think addiction to anime is bad?

After seeing my titles, I started to addiction, lack of anime that-whether)) I feel like an anime that can not be without anime.

How do you think this is normal?

It's not bad, just go outside and play with friends occasionally. Don't get locked up watching anime all day.

Anything you can call 'Addiction' is nothing short of bad, even being addicted to something awesome as sex can be bad.
Although anime addiction is really a mild thing, you can watch stuff and still maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I don't watch anime, only tv shows, around 1000 ep every year, but I have a life outside of... just kidding, I have no life, please help me

Depends on how severe the addiction is, as with all things. Addiction is by it's very definition not a good thing, but of course not all addiction as equally bad.

When you try to watch everything and ending not spending time with other people and (worst of all) start acting like an anime character lol

For me it was not bad at all. As long you can balance irl and maintain healthy life style then thats okay.

I deal with my anime addiction by watching more anime.

Its not bad at all, but everything in life needs balance. So, try to watching without leaving other things behind, like your social life or your health.
