How does one counter mei ?

I think sim and junk and Hanzo or AIMBOT lamo

mei herself does weak damage which is 75 non-headshot delayed projectile. I guess most of you problems with mei are form her sneaking to you and the freezing you with the iceycle-headshot combo. To avoid that you need to know where she is and keep optimal distance from her. The best counters would be Reaper ( you can wrath fomr right before she freezes you) and simple good distance dps like soldier phara mcree.

Pharah, Mccree, Reaper, they all counter her really hard since mei can't keep up with their mobility or range

Weirdly I find the opposite of what everyone else is saying to be one of the best counters. Symmetra is my usual Mei counter, it's rare for a Mei that's alone to be able to freeze me before I can take her out, especially if she's effected by even one turret.

Mccree is probably the best counter to Mei.

Any longer rage hero can counter mai because shes more of a short rage fighter.

Tracer is a decent counter provided you keep in mind where Mei is at all times, and if you start to slow down blink out of there asap.
