How fast is NBB?

I've achieved this speed on my MyBB installation :p
Combination of MariaDB, NGiNX with fastcgi caching and combining and minifying static content.

The speed is just fantastic, never any downtime or slow speeds.

True but I've got those speeds on a 512mb droplet from Digital Ocean and I usually take small plugins and hard code it into MyBB.

it's really fast , well done.

The site is pretty fast right now but you could make it faster if you use lazyload.js - I experienced about 20% higher speed on my site.

It's not worth it if you use FontAwesome for icons like NBB.

Also, these jquery/javascript plugins make the page look buggy in most cases.

people still need to fetch profile pictures and logos, which makes this still useful.

I tried lazyload, and it works like a charm. doesnt make my sites look buggy at all.

They do. But if you use a CDN, its literally no use too.

For a forum, profile pictures are pretty small in size. And people mostly use Imgur or similar for attaching photos.

true story. Still, it would make it sliiiiiiiiiiiiightly faster if we think about the logo.

by the way, is there any reason why there are no secure flags enabled on here, although X-Frame-Options are?
