Vue and react are small and fast while Angular has more features. I personally find svelte to be the best, but since it is in early development and not really working with things like rxjs (atleast the sapper version im using) i'm waiting for it to get better.

very easy to learn powerful framwork
it works very well with any backend frameworks and you can use it to developp native mobile apps with nativescript-vue or desktop app with electron
