I always switch the cross hair and it makes the game so much better

Used to be quite good in comp but I stopped playing and now I don't feel like playing it again since I lost that rank.

The best way to succeed is to get some friends to play with. Playing solo or with random people gives you nowhere near the advantage you have with a solid team.
