I'm currently doing a C++ course from Udemy, most things seem to have C as a backbone to coding so could come in handy. Also you can use C for Unity which is great for coding 2D/3D games.

i wanted to learn lua but then sandbox got announced and its in c#

Depending on what you want to do... I'm able to understand a lot of things enough to make some changes to existing projects but still never got good enough to do anything complex from zero.
A few years learning on and off, trying different languages, but never really commited... Some people get good enough in some simple framework in a few months...

Just go for it and find your own answer! Got nothing to loose

Javascript is future in my opinion Smile !
You can develop a lot of thing with JS Web, NodeJS, React (mobile apps) !

Therefore JS is updated regularly and it's really cool !

go to php, it's so useful. There is a lot of things you won't have to ask anyone anymore.

Personally I would recommend you javascript .. It is getting more and more popular and have great performances
The quieter you become, the more you are able to hear ..

Its not as hard as you think, go through some files and maybe take a course, its actually fun.

Start easy with python them move up to harder languages, youll learn in no time Smile

Learning java atm ! A lot of examples also a lot of code
