How i get these aligned?

I noticed they are not same height as you see in the pictures. Any way to fix this?

I do know basic css i tried adding some margins and paddings sadly did not work :(

i think that if thjey ar in same div /class try:
display: block;
You need help on mybb???

I managed to fix it Smile i noticed that the alert was also in the <a href> tag i added it in front of the tag and it sperfectly aligned now Smile
