How i get these aligned?

I noticed they are not same height as you see in the pictures. Any way to fix this?



I do know basic css i tried adding some margins and paddings sadly did not work :(

I managed to fix it i noticed that the alert was also in the <a href> tag i added it in front of the tag and it sperfectly aligned now
