Questions like this from strangers crack me up.
Similar in meeting a stranger down the street and they go - 'How ya going?'

Like - what? I don't know you.
None of your business mate.
Or you be completely about the crappiest day your having? Oh man - had the worst diarrhea. Didn't quite make the dunny earlier.
Meh.

Feels like a Friday to me but its only Thursday....lol
