How long you sit each day on the pc?

Unfortunately already 7-8h during official work in the office...
on top of it... 4h privately, to research stuff, learn new things etc...

At least 8 hours a day, Monday-Friday for work. In my free time, maybe another 2 hours on average, depending on the day.

Definitely not healthy to use a computer as a job and a hobby.

As much as possible. Working drains the time away of freedom

At work I might be on the computer all day or not at all. When I get home I like to play cs so I'll spend another 4 hours. Damn I'm looking at a screen almost my entire waking life...

Countless time. Farming Simulator 19 is a game that is taking me all my vital force

some days i game all day for about 12-14 hrs others days im on for only a couple hrs

Depends on the day honestly, I use my PC for freelance work aswell as gaming, so anything from 2 hours to 12. Eye strain and sitting too long is something that I have to manage or my eyes would be messed up and circulation in my legs would be non-existant. Stand up from time to time, stretch, this is a huge tip for PC users."

6-8 Hours in School, IT Class / job orientated School

i spend most of my time at a computer. i'm on a computer all day for work and when i get home i'm on the computer gaming or watching tv shows/movies. i guess i get some breaks at work since i have to run around to other locations pretty often though.

i usually sit down infront of my pc for a long time, as i have no point in doing anything else unless its for school
