How many fap times a week is too much?

as per the title asks genuinely curious how many times yall do a day

2 times a week for me, no less

Almost every other night but it changes depending on whether or not I'm at home

i think if you do it more than 7 times a week then its too much

According to my research, I have been able to verify that doing the fap 1 time a day for a week is wrong, that unless you do it every day, I recommend that to avoid problems do it 1 time and then wait 2 days, with that they will ensure a good fap
