How many genders are there ?

Biologically seen there are 2 genders (excluding rare mutations), then of course there are artificial genders, just like there are artificial hair colours.

There are only two geneders, if you think differently you're big dumb.

Gender Identity and Biological sex is different. Gender identity is dependent on the person and biological sex is determined by birth.

Honestly I believe this question is mainly up to who ever you ask and the scenario and setting you ask them in.

Agreed, although some people say they "feel different" inside, its a matter of whats on the outside that makes you your gender. There are two genders but people identify as a lot more.

2, it has always been 2, and it will always be 2, there is literally genetic proof that there are only 2 genders, and still people deny it, the same way there are people who deny the earth is round.
