back when i was addicted it was minimum 8 hours, now that I have more control its like 1 hour or less

probably spend on average of at least an hour a day gaming. Its normally when my kids go to bed

I have 1000 h on Arma 3 and over 2000h on World of Warcraft but i thing i have lot of more on Pokemon

I'd say I probably play about 2-3 hours of video games a day. Too much if I'm being honest.
