How many meals you eat per day?

I eat like twice a day, usually i can't be bothered to make food or go out to buy food.

usually i have normal breakfast, something small for lunch and something warm for dinner

Not sure if this is going to be used for statistics or not haha, but I always eat dinner, but most days I also try to eat a good lunch as well as some evening food about 3 hours after dinner if I am hungry later in the evening or night.

I try to go for 3 or 4 im trying to live a healthier life.

1-3 meals, I git rid of 20kg over the last year. so i try to. stay under 1500-200 kcal a day

I eat 2 big meals a day, snacks all through the day though

I eat like 4 times a day but in little portions of 500 kcal each one

Three meals a day are the best for physical and mental healthiness and I tree to keep it that way

Twice. Lunch and dinner, I always skip breakfast forsome reason im not hungry in the morning

Before quarantine Id eat one meal and snack some but because of it Ive been eating two and unfortunately gained weight
