Hmm, I don't really smoke as often as I used to but I'd smoke 3g each day when I use to smoke every day. Would mostly just be smoking during the morning, evening, and before I went to sleep.

used to smoke 3-4gs a day but upon refelecting that stuff is for weekends not everyday so now cutting back slowly
