A laptop can move it, a more complicated tower, if I could have taken a laptop personally

Very cheap
its just an old samsung pc
core i3
200gb storage
intel graphics
in a case thats actually a shoe box

I guess it is a bit over 2k usd. In my opinion though, for gamers, you can just grab a 1080ti and a decent cpu and it will be great.

mine costs around $2,500 AUD but can run anything high framerate really smoothly

before i post my shitty specs first this:
I actually had a good PC before, but some retarded dude i used to hang out with tried to be helpfull and started vacuuming my PC to remove the "dust" while it was turned on and i wasn't around.. this broke the VRam from the Nvidia GTX 1050TI i used to have. Had to go back to my old rusty antique Nvidia GeForce GT720 which i can finally upgrade the next month from my $1300 holiday pay. I was thinking about buying a new CPU 3 hours ago but i started doing a last try to safe this one and it couldnt get better. i found out i could get the metal thing off the fan took a brush and wiped all the dust off added some cool paste and it's good to go for at least 2 more years.

It was somewhere between 900 and 1200 Euro's.

Todays worth is less than 300, lol.
