How much time did you spend scrolling on tiktok or youtube shorts?

Is people really getting addicted to that sh**? I've been avoiding those platforms for that reason but never thought it was that serious

not much time, just when i have nothing to do

i used to be addicted and now i avoid it at all costs because it ruins you without you realising, watch longer videos and don't watch scary videos or street fight videos no matter how entertaining they are.
