Stopping to think what you could have done differently and actually trying to understand the game a bit better, learning strategy instead of mindlessly playing works as well.
I spend 80% from my time in the PC.

Nowadays its really hard to avoid using it, as almost everything connected with computer. Shopping, playing video games, doing some work, communication, entertainment - all of those things are usually online.
