How much time do you spend on a PC per day ?

If i'm at work then that's 8 hours already. plus side projects after work, maybe an extra 3/4 hours. So at least 12 hours? Now I feel bad .__..

Remember to take breaks, go for a walk, even if it's round the house

Work with computers so min 8H daily. Home/gaming 3-7H.
Only negative effect I get is eyestrain.

Well, I use to spend over 18 hours on my computer a day. Now since I have a job I only spend about 6 to 8 a day then sleep and get ready for work again.

Usuallyon my PC around 7 hours, and around6 hours on my phone.

I spend about 8 hours or so on my PC. I've got a few things that I'm running.

Now that I'm learning to code I would say at least 5 hours a day. That's nuts

hahaha damn your question makes wonder about my life. Last 5 years I spent well over 12 hours per day on my computer. Not normal sleeping patterns either.I''m 38 half of my hair is already gray , first gray hair was after heavy use of old tube monitor 17 inch..playing dota all afternoon and night instead of studying for the university...what a great devil computers have been for me. But I wouldnt change it except perharps control myself more...
