How much time do you spend on your phone?

Not much as I just usually spend time on my PC and if I'm outside I just mainly use it for music, since I usually have friends to be with to stare at my phone

3-4 hours but not everday

If it's not the big screen or the medium screen, it's the small screen. The addiction is real for sure.

Usually I also spend up to 5 hours on the phone daily. But try to decrease this time to 1-2 hours.

In the summer it was around 1-2 hours a day I think (I spend my screen time on computer most xd) but as university has started I went up to 4 hours a day, pretty big jump if you ask me. D:
