Depends, usually I spend most of my time texting with other people, I rarely play mobile games or watch videos on my phone since my pc is a lot better for gaming/video

In the phone there are two sides of spending time useful and not so now people spend it useless as a playground games where the video I say watch recipes and other

same answers as others 3-4 hours a day lol
