How often do you brush your teeth

Do you brush your teeth twice a day, regularly?

When I wake up after my coffee and before I go to bed. It feels weird when I can't brush my teeth before going to sleep and I often have trouble sleeping without that routine.

I brush my teeth every day, cause it's normal

I brush twice a day. (morning and night) Sometimes, I indulge the third brushing.
