How often do you jerk off :) ?

I managed to keep twice ina week. When u know the power of retention, u don't want do it often

I usually do twice a week but not more than that.

depends on the week really. sometimes I'll go over a month without fapping, other times I'll be doing it once to twice daily

really depends, if something sad happend in my life, or something what makes me feel bad probalby not. Well lets say 3 times per week as a minimum

used to everyday but since working out i am more tired

im trying no fap so every 1 month im trying and failing
