301 redirect and link shortner type of links are not doing so well now a days specially after August 2018 Google's Core Algorithm Update. Rest of the guide is awesome and descriptive. It would be more helpful for newbies if you mention the exact number of filler links (Social Bookmarks, Social Shares) on each page to be safe in the start.

super guide it was a good read none the less not eveything will work keywords will be the tricky part.
