Step 1:

Go onto the philips live chat.

Click Chat 24/7

Fill in details with name and real email address.

Step 3:

Tell the rep your philips diamond clean toothbrush has stopped powering on.
They will ask for model number, serial and purchase date (say anything between 1-6 months)
Serial:hx9340 Model Number:141204
They will then trouble shoot, whatever they say tell them you tried it and still nothing (No light, Metal part is still there).
If they ask No you did not drop it and No its never been replaced before.
They will now replace the handle, give them your address (reship address if based outside of us) give them the required info and tell them your phone is in repairs.
Now tell them to send a glass charger incase the handle isnt the issue, and ask for replacement brushes as yours are dirty (keep bugging them if they say its not within the warranty)
They will then say as a valued customer an exception can be made.

Step 4:
GZ if you live in america your all done, you should receive an email and tracking within 48 hours.
If you are using a reship, Check that the address on tracking is same as your reship, if it isnt call the tracking company and tell them to deliver to [insert correct address starting with suite number]

Step 5:
Enjoy white teeth
